对欧债危机影响的探究
摘 要：由希腊开始的主权债务危机，已经蔓延至欧洲多个国家，目前整个欧盟几乎都陷入主权债务危机。作为一种全新的危机形式，主权债务危机引起了国际上的普遍关注。在这次危机中国家主权出现了信用风险，债务风险严重威胁到了国家信誉。欧洲主权债务危机给欧洲经济带来损失外，给全球经济也造成了影响。由于欧洲各国陷入危机的程度不同、欧盟体制存在缺陷等难题的存在，主权债务危机在解决上存在很大的困难。欧洲主权债务危机给中国也敲了警钟。如何借鉴欧洲主权债务危机的经验教训，管理好中国政府债务存在的各种风险，成为中国迫切需要解决的一个重大问题，也是本篇论文写作的初衷。

Research on the influence of the European debt crisis
Abstract：Start by Greek sovereign debt crisis has spread to the European countries, the current European Union took into sovereign debt crisis. As a new crisis situation, the sovereign debt crisis caused international attention. In the crisis of national sovereign appeared credit risk, debt risk serious threat to national prestige. The European sovereign debt crisis for the European economic losses from outside, to the global economy also caused the influence. Since the European country in the extent of the crisis is different, the European Union system has defect, the existence of the difficulty sovereign debt crisis in the solution, there is also a great trouble. How to draw lessons from the European sovereign debt crisis of the experiences and lessons of Chinese government debts and management good exist to all kinds of risk, and to be the urgent needs to solve a big problem, also is the original intention of writing this paper.
