江苏省加工贸易转型升级的研究
改革开放以来，随着我国经济的快速发展,对外贸易也取得了较快增长。作为重要贸易方式的加工贸易在我国也逐步发展起来。作为全国经济大省江苏省来讲，加工贸易一直是其对外贸易的重要组成部分和利用外资的重要方式，已经成为江苏对外经济贸易持续快速发展的主要推动力。但是，在经济转型的新的发展阶段，江苏省加工贸易也面临着转型升级的问题。本文通过对江苏省加工贸易发展现状和特点的简要分析, 进一步阐述了江苏省加工贸易转型升级的有利条件和制约因素, 通过对以上因素的分析,对江苏省加工贸易的产业升级方向和对策研究提出了相应的建议。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economicdevelopment, foreign trade has also made rapid growth. Asimportant trading processing trade in China has gradually developed. As Jiangsu Province, the largest province of the national economy in terms of processing trade has been an important part of foreign trade and an important way of utilizing foreign capital, has become the main driving force of the JiangsuForeign Trade and Economic sustained and rapid development.However, in the new stage of development of economic restructuring, the processing trade in Jiangsu Province is facingthe transformation and upgrading. In this paper, a brief analysis ofthe status and characteristics of Jiangsu Province, thedevelopment of processing trade, further elaborated the favorable conditions and constraints, Jiangsu Province, theupgrading of processing trade, through the analysis of the above factors, the direction of industrial upgrading of processing tradein Jiangsu Province and Countermeasures the corresponding recommendations.
