利用外资与我国产业转型升级研究
摘要：利用外资结合了资金、技术、管理经验等要素于一身，所以利用外资被认为是对发展中国家最具吸引力的一种外资利用方式。现代经济增长本质是以产业转型变动为核心的，产业转型的转变和优化在一定程度上决定了经济增长速度的快慢和是否可持续发展。改革开放 30 多年来，利用外资有力的促进了我国经济发展，在经济运行和发展中占据了相当重要的位置，利用外资在引进地区建设急需的先进技术、资金和先进的管理理念的同时，还给地区创造了就业机会，增加了财政收入以及促进本地区产业转型的调整和优化。
本文在分析利用外资对产业转型作用机制的基础上，就我国在产业转型升级中外资的作用进行实证分析，并就存在的问题提出相应对策。这样有利于我国在引进外资时制定合理的政策，从而使利用外资与当地的产业转型优化升级有机地结合起来，以便实现经济又好又快的发展。

Abstract：Combined with the use of foreign investment funds, technology, and management experience elements on one, so use of foreign capital is supposed to be developing countries the most attractive one foreign capital to use means. The modern economic growth is essentially the industry transition changes as the core, the change of industry transformation and optimization in partly decides the speed of the economic growth rate and whether the sustainable development. More than 30 years of reform and opening up, use of foreign capital promoted the economic development in our country, in the operation and development occupies a very important position, use of foreign capital in the introduction of the regional construction need advanced technology, capital and advanced management concept and at the same time, back to areas create the jobs, increase the fiscal revenue and promote the region of industry transformation of adjustment and optimization.
Based on the analysis of the use of foreign capital for industry transformation mechanism on the basis of our country in the industry transformation and upgrading of the role of overseas empirical analysis, and some existing problems put forward countermeasures. It helps in introducing the foreign capital in China when make rational policy, so as to make use of foreign investment and local industry transformation of the optimization and upgrading of organically, so as to ensure sound and rapid economic development.
