改革开放后,浙江宁波充分利用自己的地理优势,迅速发展对外贸易业,并取得了可喜的成绩,形成了独具特色的发展模式,成为各地竞相模仿的对象。但是新形势下,宁波以进出口为支柱的对外贸易出现了没有自主品牌、缺乏核心竞争力等问题,要想使企业实现跨越式发展,就要从公司的实际情况出发,选择集中战略作为公司的竞争战略,大力发展出口业务,同时注意发展公司的自主品牌,逐渐减少贴牌生产的比例等措施来保证企业的发展,同时引导企业逐渐的转型,创建服务贸易型的企业新模式。
