【摘要】 当前我国经济发展仍处于工业化阶段，钢铁业属于基础产业，对国民经济影响重大。随着我国铁矿石的进口需求量的不断增加，如何解决铁矿石进口企业所面临的困境，将对我们铁矿石进口企业，乃至我们经济的健康发展存在重大意义。铁矿石价格的日益增长和铁矿石资源被外国三大公司的垄断，对于任何市场而言，决定价格的最基本因素就是供求关系。我国铁矿石进口企业巨大的市场份额并没有为我们赢得足够的铁矿石定价权，一直是遵从例国际上的“首发价”惯例，被别人牵着鼻子走。国际海运市场的不健全，导致运费过高，以致企业生产成本的增高。等等原因，使得铁矿石进口企业面临种种困境，针对目前国际上已经形成的对于中国铁矿石进口企业不利的因素，我们应该积极应对， 为自己争取最大化的利益。作为一个国际经济与贸易的应届毕业生，研究本课题对于我来说，不但能够学习在正常国际贸易中正常的流程程序，正确面对在国际贸易中，作为一个进口商来讲，必须得面临的种种困境以及不同的突发状况。研究本课题，可以学习到在当自己作为一个进货商是具体如何操作，当自己处于劣势的时候，改如何具体实习相对对策来应对种种突然状况。个人认为，在贸易中，顺势做生意其实不难，逆势做好生意才是真正的精华所在，要想做一番出色的国际贸易，必须得学习如何面对困境，想出解决困难的对策。

China’s iron ore imports demand unceasing increase, how to solve the iron ore import the difficulties faced by enterprises, will be to our iron ore import business, and even the healthy development of our economy has great sense. The price of iron ore and iron ore resources is growing three foreign company monopoly, for any market, deciding the price of the most fundamental factor is supply demand relations. China’s iron ore import enterprises enormous market share and not for us to win enough iron ore pricing, has been compliance with international ” starting price” practice, being led by the nose. The international shipping market is not perfect, to the freight is too high, so that the production cost of enterprise. And other reasons, the iron ore import enterprises facing difficulties, in view of the current international has been formed for China’s iron ore import business of unfavorable factors, we should actively, to fight for their own maximum benefit. As an international economic and trade graduates, study this topic for me, not only capable of learning in the normal international trade in normal process, face the right in international trade, as an importer, must face all kinds of difficulties and different emergencies. Study of the subject, can learn while on their own as a purchase is specific how to operate, when them at a disadvantage when, how specific practice relative countermeasures to deal with sudden status. Personally think that, in the trade of homeopathy, doing business is not difficult, with good business is the real essence, want to do a good international trade, must learn how to face dilemma, solve the difficult countermeasure.
