摘要

进入21世纪以来世界经济的主要特征是经济全球化。在此背景下，越来越多的国家发展本国经济依靠的是外资企业。改革开放以来，随着外资企业的跨国转移，产品技术、生产资本、人力劳务、营销模式和管理经验等要素促进了东道国产业结构之间的转换，并推动产业内部向高级化发展。上海三大产业的结构发生不断的变化，外资企业对上海产业结构的变动产生了重大的影响。本文就外资企业在三次产业中的构成比例进行了分析，同时，阐述了外资企业对产业结构的正面及负面的影响。

Abstract

Since twenty-first Century the main feature of world economy is economic globalization. Under this background, more and more countries develop their economy relies on is foreign capital enterprise. Since reforming and opening, as foreign capital enterprise multinational transfer, product technology, production capital, human services, marketing and management experience to promote the structure of host country industry conversion between, and promote industry interior to advanced change development. Three Shanghai industry structure changing, foreign-funded enterprises in Shanghai the change of industrial structure produced major effect. In this paper, foreign-funded enterprises in three industries, the proportion is analyzed, at the same time, elaborated the foreign-funded enterprises in the industrial structure of the positive and negative effects.
