我国纺织品出口贸易现状、存在问题及对策
摘 要
就纺织行业是中国出口创汇的支柱型行业,从上世纪90年代初以来,中国的纺织业迅猛发展,是中国成为世界最大的纺织品贸易出口国。由于全球纺织品配额的取消(2005年1月1日),纺织品的贸易进入了后配额时代——一个全新的时代,还有中国纺织品出口遭受欧美的“特保”、“设限”等针对中国纺织品出口行业一系列不平等的受限制条款仍存在,再加上金融危机导致的竞争秩序变化,中国纺织品行业出口现状不容乐观。而且中国纺织品企业对品牌效益意识淡薄,危机感不强,严重制约了我国纺织品出口,前景不容乐观。本文就我国纺织品行业出口的现状,以及面临的困难进行简单概括分析 ,并提出一些现实可行的建议增强纺织品出口的竞争力,从而提高出口量。

ABSTRACT
The textile industry is a pillar industry of China’s export,Since the early 1990s,The rapid development of China’s textile industryChina has become the world’s largest textile exports.Since January 1, 2005,The cancellation of global textile quotas,The textile trade has entered a so that a new era of “post-quota era”,Europe and the United States there is the Chinese textile exports suffered “special protection”, there are still “restrictions” for Chinese textile export industry, a series of unequal terms of the restricted,Coupled with the 2008 financial crisis that led to the order of competition of the Chinese textile industry exports is not optimistic.Chinese textile enterprises the awareness of brand effectiveness is weak, a sense of crisis is not strong, has seriously hampered China’s textile exports, the outlook is not optimistic.In this paper, the status quo of China’s textile industry exports, as well as the difficulties faced by a brief summary analysis and realistic recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of the textile exports, thereby increasing the export volume.
