摘 要
中国和欧盟都是世界最大的经济体之一，是当今世界政治经济舞台上的重要力量，在国际事务中起着举足轻重的作用。一个开放、发展的中国与一个统一、繁荣的欧洲加强经贸往来有利于各自及世界的发展。欧盟是中国主要的经贸伙伴,不仅是中国第四大出口市场和第二大进口供应商,同时也是中国最大的技术贸易伙伴。通过研究对中欧经贸关系互补性为入口，以及对中国入世、欧元全面流通、欧盟东扩等新情况的分析，得出当前中国和欧盟贸易中所存问题即军售禁令和市场经济地位问题和知识产权和入市允许的问题等，并对中国在新的机遇与挑战面前应该如何面对与欧盟的经济贸易关系提出了几点建议，即第一是从利用世贸的规则保护国内的市场和产业上入手，二是努力增强政治互信与扩大政治认同，三是重构经济法律保障新体制，最后就是充分发挥行业协会与政府相关职能的作用对中欧经贸关系。在所述的基础伦理之上对我国当前与欧盟贸易关系的未来发展的前景作了展望。

Abstract
China and the EU is the largest economy in the world, is the arena of world politics economy and an important force, in international affairs and play a decisive role. An open, development in China and a unity, the prosperity of Europe to strengthen economic and trade exchanges for respective and world development. The EU is China’s major trade partners, not only is China’s fourth largest export market and second largest import suppliers, but also China’s largest technology trading partners. Through the research on the relationship of Europe classics trade complementarity for entrance, as well as China’s accession to the WTO, the full circulation, the eastward expansion of the European Union and other new situation analysis, reach current China and EU trade problem namely the arms embargo and the problem of market economy status and intellectual property and the City allowed the problem, and to China in the new the opportunity and challenge how to face with the EU economic and trade relations and puts forward some suggestions, namely the first and from use of WTO rules to protect domestic market and industry proceed with, two is to enhance mutual political trust and expanding political identity, three is the reconstruction of economic and legal security system, finally is to give full play to the trade association and the government the correlation functions of the role of China-EU economic and trade relations. In the basis of ethics on current to our country and trade relations with the EU ‘s future development is prospected.
