摘 要
在全球一体化不断深化的今天，如何看待中美贸易盈余的规模，如何妥善处理中国和美国之间的双边经济关系，对中国甚至对世界经济的发展都具有重要意义。本文基于中美贸易顺差问题进行了深入研究，探讨了中国的贸易顺差与双方的贸易盈余规模之间的巨大的差异原因，对中美间的外贸顺差的原因、利弊进行了深入了分析，并提出了解决此问题的相应对策。
本文第一部分的内容即是从多个方面对贸易顺差成因展开阐述。该部分也是全文最为重要的部分。第一部分首先对中美贸易现状进行了回顾，第二部分从经济全球化，生产分工国际化，以及欧美要素分工的转移等方面陈述中美贸易顺差外在原因。本文第三部分是较为系统的说明中美贸易顺差对我国带来的影响，该部分分为有利影响以及不利影响，着重对不利影响展开分析，不利影响又将从对外贸易摩擦的增多，贸易环境的恶化，对外贸易依赖度的上升，能源、资源、环境等的浪费和破坏，巨额外汇管理成本等来描述。本文第四部分主要是针对第二部分罗列的中美贸易顺差带来的不利影响和问题，提出一系列应对措施。虽然这一部分并非是全文的重点部分，但也是全文不可缺少的有机组成部分。
本课题以系统论为指导，运用比较研究、数据分析研究方法对我国贸易顺差的成因及问题开展相关研究，采取了实证研究与规范研究、定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法，坚持理论与实际相合，理论思考与案例分析、定性与定量、国际比较与国内历史分析相结合，多视角、多层次的研究方法。在研究方式上，以文献总结与数据分析为主，辅以构建模型等，在方法上，采取定性与定量、一般统计与典型个案分析、现象比较与理论分析等相结合的方法。

Abstract
