摘 要
随着我国城乡一体化建设发展，我国各个地区开始大力发展城乡规划建设任务。城乡建委作为负责城乡地区的工程建设建设综合管理的政府职能部门，在城乡发展建设中所起到的作用是不可忽视的。在长期的工作开展中随着信息数据的数量不断增多，为了使实现将海量信息进行有效的收集及处理，城乡建委也开始产生的借助大数据局技术来提升自己的监管能力。为了加大监管力度，实现城乡建设高速发展，城乡建委在原有的基础上通过大数据技术来提升其监管能力。但是城乡建委引入大数据时间较晚，并且作为一个基层服务部门对于大数据技术人才的引进也较为匮乏，在诸多因素的影响下城乡建委的大数据技术仍处在一个初步的阶段。就目前来讲城乡建委为了提供优秀的业绩提升部门领导的晋升资格，一些部门领导利用数据大做文章，通常总结出不真实的数据信息以欺骗上级部门来提升自己的工作业绩。并且由于我国部门地区信息化产业仍不发达，在数据信息的传递以及使用上仍不能给予充分有效的利用，这就造成了上级部门时常接收到延缓且虚假的信息，而这类信息并不存在真实的效用。而城乡建委因刚刚步入数字化办公阶段，在硬件设施的组建上仍不能满足大数据技术的需要，这就造成了接收的大量信息无法获取有效的处理甚至时常因储存问题造成数据丢失的现象时有发生，可见，在当前的环境背景之下城乡建委仍旧无法利用大数据进行勘察设计企业的有效监管，更不能为其提供有效的服务。此次课题的研究基于城乡建委利用大数据对勘察设计企业监管中所存在的问题进行开展，文中通过概述大数据应用技术相关概念已经当前城乡建委利用大数据的使用现状进行了详细的概述，基于当前的现状从中挖掘其问题的所在，并结合实际情况进行概述分析，并最终提供相应的应对方案，为我国城乡建委的发展提供相应的意见与建议。

ABSTRACT

In order to strengthen supervision and achieve rapid development of urban and rural construction, urban and Rural Construction Committee on the basis of the original, through large data technology to enhance its regulatory capacity. But the construction of urban and rural areas the introduction of big data is relatively late, and as a basic service department for the introduction of big data and technical personnel is relatively scarce, under the influence of many factors of big data technology in construction of urban and rural areas is still in a preliminary stage. At present, construction of urban and rural areas in order to provide excellent performance improvement department leadership promotion qualifications, some departments use data usually summed up not make a fuss, real data to deceive the higher authorities to improve their work performance. And because the information industry of our country area departments are still underdeveloped, in the transmission of data information and use is still not given sufficient and effective use, which resulted in the higher authorities often received delay and false information, but this information does not exist real utility. The construction of urban and rural areas because the digital office has just entered the stage, need is still not in the formation of hardware facilities to meet the big data technology, which resulted in a large amount of information received cannot get effective treatment often because of problems caused by the loss of data storage have occurred, visible, under the background of current construction of urban and rural areas are still unable to the use of big data to conduct effective supervision of surveying enterprise, it can not provide effective services for the. This research is based on the construction of urban and rural areas to use big data to the existing problems in the supervision survey and design enterprises to carry out the related concepts, overview of big data technology has the current utilization status of urban and Rural Construction Committee to use big data outlined in detail, based on the current situation of the problem in mining, combined with the actual general situation analysis, and ultimately provide the corresponding solutions, provide the corresponding comments and suggestions for the development of China’s urban and rural construction committee.
