猝死病人家属的心理干预的效果观察

摘要目的:分析对猝死病人的家属进行心理干预的效果。方法:取本院急诊科于2008年6月至2011年6月收治的56例猝死病人的家属为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各28例。对照组在急症收治病人抢救无效后,填写资料,通知家属。实验组在常规模式的基础上,增加对猝死患者家属的心理干预。通过调查问卷的方法,比较两组的亲人死亡接受度和护理满意度。结果:观察组对于亲人死亡的事实接受程度明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异,P=0.000<0.05;实验组对于护理干预的满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异,P=0.000<0.05。结论:对于猝死患者的家属进行及时有效的心理干预,可以帮助他们接受亲人已死亡的事实,避免其产生不良心理,造成身心障碍,这种护理方式值得在临床广泛推广。
