地佐辛应用与临床全麻苏醒的疗效分析

摘要目的:分析地佐辛在全麻苏醒患者的应用中的临床效果。方法:取本院外科于2008年4月至2011年4月收治的118例进行全麻手术治疗的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各59例。对照组59例患者使用丙泊酚2.2mg/kg,瑞芬太尼4.3ug/kg进行全麻诱导,术中间断性吸入七氟烷(1%-3%)维持血流动力学的稳定,于手术结束前15min停止七氟烷的吸入,前5min停止丙泊酚与芬太尼的注射,等待患者苏醒,观察组59例患者除使用与对照组一样的麻醉方式、用药之外,在全麻苏醒期加用地佐辛。比较两组在全麻苏醒期各项指标及不良反应发生率等的差异。结果:观察组的各项指标均优于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异,P<0.05;观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两者比较有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:地佐辛可缩短手术治疗患者的全麻苏醒时间和拔管时间等,减少不良反应的发生,有助于提高麻醉安全性,值得在临床麻醉中广泛推广使用。

Dezocine application and clinical analysis of the effect of recovery from general anesthesia

 

Abstract: Objective: to analyze dezocine in anesthesia recovery in patients with the clinical effect of the application. Methods: the hospital in 2008April to2011April,118 cases of general anesthesia operation treated patients, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 59 cases in each group. A control group of 59patients using propofol remifentanil in2.2mg / kg,4.3ug / kg during induction of general anesthesia, postoperative intermittent inhalation seven halothane (1%-3% ) maintain hemodynamic stability, in operation before the end of seven15min stop halothane inhalation, former 5min discontinuation of propofol and fentanyl injection, waiting for the patient regains consciousness, the observation group 59 cases and control group except for use as anaesthesia way, outside the drug, in the recovery period of general anesthesia combined with dezocine. Comparison of the two groups in the recovery period of general anesthesia indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions and other differences. Results: the observation group indicators are better than the control group, two groups had significant difference, P < 0.05; the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than the control group, there is significant difference between the two, P < 0.05. Conclusion: with Xin Ke shortening operation for treatment of patients with general anesthesia time of awakening and extubation time, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, contribute to improving anesthetic safety, is widely used in clinical anesthesia.
