摘 要：新型农村合作医疗制度，简称“新农合”，是指由政府组织、引导、支持，农民自愿参加，个人、集体和政府多方筹资，以大病统筹为主的农民医疗互助共济制度。采取个人缴费、集体扶持和政府资助的方式筹集资金。吉林省农村新型合作医疗制度试点工作从2003年就开始推行，至今取得了不错的成绩。但是在当前，吉林省新型农村合作医疗制度在具体的实施工作中仍存在一些问题，本文以吉林市左家镇为例，对新型农村合作医疗制度中存在的问题展开分析，并在此基础上提出合理性的对策。

Abstract：The new rural cooperative medical care, referred to as the “new rural cooperative” means-governmental organizations, guidance, support and voluntary participation of farmers, individuals, groups and government multi-party financing, farmers health care aims at treating the main a serious co-ordination system. Take individual contributions, collective support and government-funded way to raise funds. Jilin Province, the new rural cooperative medical care pilot launched in 2003, so far achieved good results. But in the current, Jilin Province, the new rural cooperative medical care in the specific implementation, there are some problems, this article left home town in Jilin City, for example, to analyze the problems that exist in the new rural cooperative medical, and on this basis, reasonable of countermeasures.
