毛萼香茶菜化学成分的研究及毛萼晶N的分离与鉴定

 

摘要

目的:对香茶菜属植物毛萼香茶菜化学成分及活性的研究进行文献收集整理与总结,阐述毛萼晶N的分离及鉴定。方法:查阅及整理我国近年来有关文献,对毛萼香茶菜中新化学成分及其活性研究进行较系统总结;利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、MCI等方法分离纯化化合物,借助1H NMR、13C NMR、X-单晶衍射技术等现代光谱技术对化合物进行鉴定,通过波谱数据对化合物进行结构解析与鉴定。结果:近年来,在毛萼香茶菜中陆续分得20多个新的化学成分,有三萜、甾醇、脂肪酸、倍半萜、连烃苷、挥发油以及少量的黄酮等,但主要为二萜类化合物,且多为贝壳杉烷型化合物。研究证明该植物的二萜类化合物具有广泛的生理活性,其具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抑制线粒体呼吸、抑制昆虫生长以及改善心血管功能等作用,同时证实ent-kaurene和β-seco-ent-kaurene型二萜化合物的抗癌活性中心为分子中的α-亚甲基环戊烷酮等功能团,但对近年结合药理实验以及药物临床试验对发现的新化合物的活性筛选及结构改造的研究。通过波谱数据解析鉴定得到毛萼晶N,且毛萼香茶菜中首次分离到该化合物。结论:毛萼香茶菜资源丰富、药材储备量充实,同时所含萜类化合物在抗癌、抗自由基氧化、抗肿瘤方面具有很强的活性,具有较大的潜在开发价值,有待进一步结合药理实验对有活性作用的化合物进行研究及适当的结构改造。运用1H NMR、13C NMR及X单晶衍射从该植物中首次分离到毛萼晶N。

Studies on Chemical Constituents of Isodon eriocalyx (Dunn) Haral and Isolated、Identified to Maoecrystal N

Abstract

ObjectiveCollected and summarized to the literatures about Rabdosia plants Isodon eriocalyx (Dunn) Haral of chemical components and active researchs, expounds the separation and identification of Maoecrystal N.MethodAccess and sorting literatures in recent years in our country,to Isodon eriocalyx (Dunn) Haral summarize systematically the studies on new chemical constituents and its active;By silica gel column chromatography、gel column chromatography、MCI purification compound to isolated and purification, with 1H NMR、13C NMR、X-ray single crystal diffraction technology modern spectroscopy identification of compounds, such as by spectral data structure analysis and identification of the compounds.ResultIn recent years, isolated successively in Isodon eriocalyx (Dunn) Haral of more than 20 new chemical composition, triterpenoid, sterol, fatty acid, and a half times the terpene, even the hydrocarbon glycosides, volatile oil and a small amount of flavonoids, but mainly for two terpenoids, and mostly ent-kaurenoids compounds.Studies have shown that the plant deterpenoids has extensive biological activities, it has antitumor, antibacterial, inhibition of mitochondrial respiration, inhibit the growth of insects and improvement the action such as cardiovascular function,At the same time confirmed ent kaurene and beta seco-ent- kaurene diterpenoid compounds of anticancer activities of the center for molecular α-methylene cyclopentane ketone, and other functions,But in recent years, combined with pharmacological experiments and the activity of new compounds found in drug clinical trials of the modification of structure of the filter and research. Maoecrystal N is obtained by spectral data,and Isodon eriocalyx (Dunn) Haral in the separation to the compounds for the first time.ConclusionIsodon eriocalyx (Dunn) Haral rich in resources, medicinal herbs enrich reserves,Also contain terpenoids in anti-cancer, have strong resist free radical oxidation, antitumor activity, has great potential development value, remains to be further combined with the pharmacological experiment of active compounds study and the appropriate structure transformation.Using 1H NMR、13C NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction first isolated from this plant to Maoecrystal N.
