男护士在ICU的适合度调查
摘要:目的:调查男护士在ICU的适合度。方法:随机抽取100名社会社会人士,本院的50名医护人员,以及100名患者或者患者家属对于男护士在ICU 工作的接受度,调查曾经或者现在在本院ICU工作的43名男护士对于ICU 工作的满意度,以及不满意的原因。结果:在对ICU男护士的接受度调查中,92%的社会人士,96%的医护人员,94%的患者及其家属选择接受, 43名ICU男护士对于工作满意度的调查中, 9.3%的人感觉满意,23.3%的人感觉一般, 67.4%的人感觉不满意。结论:男护士的许多特征与ICU工作相符,适合于ICU的工作,而很多客观社会及医疗环境问题限制了男护士的发展,应该采取措施,提高男护士的工作成就感和待遇等问题,增加医疗行业男护士就业率,减少人才流失,促进我国的护理行业的发展。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the fitness of male nurses in ICU. Methods: a random sample of 100 social community, the Institute of the 50 medical staff, as well as 100 patients or families of patients to nurses working in ICU acceptance, investigation of past or present in the hospital ICU work 43 male nurses for the ICU job satisfaction, as well as the cause for dissatisfaction. Results: the ICU male nurse acceptance survey, 92% people, 96% staff, 94% of the patients and their families choose to accept, 43 ICU male nurses on job satisfaction survey, 9.3% of people feel satisfied, 23.3% people feeling in general, 67.4% people do not feel satisfied. Conclusion: the male nurses many features and ICU job, suitable for ICU work, and many of the objective social and medical environment problems which limit the development of male nurses, measures should be taken, improve male nurse job satisfaction and treatment of such problems, increased medical industry male nurse employment rate, reduce the loss of talented people, to promote our country the nursing profession development.
