浅析骨盆骨折治疗及相关情况
【摘要】随着都市高层建筑数量的增加及现代交通运输业的发展，各种因素所致的骨盆骨折(pelvic fracture，PF)已逐渐成为外科领域频繁遇到的一个病症。PF一般病情较重，发展迅速，加之常合并腹腔盆腔重要脏器及生殖泌尿系统损伤，患者易出现休克，因此，致死率及伤残率高，预后差。及时有效的抢救及护理是挽救患者生命的重要保证。本文探讨骨盆骨折治疗及相关问题。

Abstract：With the increase in the number of urban high-rise buildings and modern transportation industry development, various factors caused by pelvic fracture ( pelvic fracture, PF ) has become the surgical field frequently encountered a illness. PF general illness heavier, development is rapid, and is often associated with celiac and pelvic organs and urinary system injury, patients prone to shock, therefore, the death rate and disability rate, poor prognosis. Timely and effective rescue and nursing is the important guarantee to save the life of patients. This paper explores the treatment of pelvic fractures and related problems.
