探究临床用药过程中的不合理用药现象
【摘要】目的：新的药物品种不断出现，会出现一些不合理用药现象，这就会会给病人带来治疗上的痛苦和麻烦，通过对不合理用药现象的分析，来指导我们科学用药。方法：回顾分析2010年1月至2011年12月某院4000张门诊处方及病房病例,分为干预组和对照组,比较两组不合理用药情况,探讨临床用药现状及管理对策的应用效果。结果：用药时机不对、药物的滥用、药物混用严重，不注意禁忌、中药的不合理使用等现象比较严重。结论：药物不合理使用，影响了药物疗效的发挥，因此，需要我们加强对药物的掌握，及时对不合理用药情形加以纠正，促进临床的合理用药，确保患者的用药安全。

【Abstract】 Objective: The new drug varieties continue to emerge, there will be some irrational drug phenomenon, which will give the patient to bring the treatment of pain and trouble, through the analysis of the phenomenon of irrational drug use, to guide our scientific medicine. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 4000 outpatient prescription and ward cases in a hospital from January 2010 to December 2011, divided into intervention and control groups were compared to irrational drug use, and explore the application effect of the clinical use of drugs and Management Strategies. Results: medication timing was not right, drug abuse, drug mix of serious, do not pay attention to taboo, the irrational use of Chinese medicine are quite serious. Conclusion: Drug unreasonable use, affecting the efficacy of play, therefore, we need to strengthen the grasp of drugs in a timely manner to rectify irrational drug case, the promotion of clinical rational drug use, to ensure the safety of the patient’s medication.
