[摘 要] 目的 探讨中医情志护理在ICU急性心肌梗死患者治疗中的临床应用效果。方法 选取南阳市中心医院ICU病房2016年7月到2017年1月收治的急性心肌梗死患者30例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加中医情志护理措施干预，观察患者焦虑、抑郁程度、住院时间、临床治愈率。结果 观察组患者焦虑、抑郁程度低于对照组，住院时间无明显差异，临床治愈率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，具有统计学意义( P＜0.05)。结论 对ICU急性心肌梗死的患者进行积极的中医情志护理干预，能有效的改善急性心肌梗死患者心理状态，改善护理效果，提高患者生存质量，促使其更好的回归社会，促进患者的恢复，具有一定的参考价值。

Of Modern Nursing in ICU Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction (mi) of Traditional Chinese Medicine Application Effect
Abstract: Objective Research of traditional Chinese medicine by modern nursing intervention measures in ICU patients with acute myocardial infarction treatment in the clinical application effect. Methods Select our hospital ICU from February 2016 to January 2017, 84 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction (mi) as the research object, which were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 42 cases, control group with routine nursing care, observation group of patients in the control group given on the basis of modern nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, respectively, by the self-assessment lists of anxiety and depression of two groups after treatment in patients with psychological state to rate, and the nursing satisfaction investigation. Results Research degree in patients with anxiety, depression score than the control group, in hospital was shorter than the control group, the clinical cure rate higher than the control group, the complication rate is lower than the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion Positive of ICU patients with acute myocardial infarction of modern nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, beneficial to the improvement of the treatment smoothly and compliance, to improve nursing effect and enhance the recovery of patients, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
