压缩雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的护理体会
摘要 目的 探讨应用布地奈德混悬液，硫酸特布林他溶液以及爱全乐三联联合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床观察及护理。方法 回顾性分析我院自2009年8月至12月予雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液，硫酸特布林他溶液以及爱全乐三联联合辅助治疗支气管哮喘患儿100例的临床疗效及护理措施。结果 采用压缩雾化治疗组患儿雾化吸入后哮喘症状得到明显控制或基本消失,呼吸困难症状逐渐缓解或消失。结论 布地奈德混悬液，硫酸特布他林溶液和爱全乐稀释后雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著。压缩雾化吸入疗法操作简单、药物直达病灶、局部病灶药物浓度高、安全性好、毒副作用小等优点,且所用仪器简单,使用方便,用药快捷,无痛苦,患儿较容易接受。值得临床推广应用。

Compression aerosol inhalation in asthmatic children nursing
Abstract Budesonide suspension of sulfuric acid solution and Te Bulin he atrovent triple combination therapy of bronchial asthma in children and nursing. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from August 2009 to December for budesonide inhalation suspension, solution of sulfuric acid Tebu Lin and his triple atrovent combined adjuvant treatment of 100 cases of bronchial asthma clinical and nursing. Results: Children with nebulized inhalation treatment group after controlling asthma symptoms are apparent or disappeared, breathing difficulties or symptoms and signs disappeared. Conclusion: Budesonide, Terbutaline sulfate solution and diluted atrovent inhalation treatment of children with bronchial asthma significantly. Simple compression inhalation therapy, drug directly to lesions, localized disease, high concentrations of drug, safety, good, side effects, etc, and the instruments simple and easy to use, medication fast, no pain, children with more acceptable. Worthy of clinical application.
