医院大处方管理的研究
目前人们去医院看病，每次医生给开的药价格比较贵，而且药量偏多，造成医院大处方问题。该问题不仅造成药品的浪费，还加重了人们的生活负担，也是形成“看病贵”的一个重要原因，本文从现实生活中“大处方、看病贵”问题出发，提出产生大处方问题的原因：1，社会体制因素；2，医院机制因素；3，医院职业道德受到冲击；药品价格的影响。并提出相应的对策：1，深化医疗体制改革，建立合理的医院补偿机制；2，加强医务人员职业道德教育,3，药品价格的管理,4，实行院长违规问责制,5，健全各种规章制度和监督约束机制。可从社会，医院，患者，医生等多个角度解决大处方问题，相应对策均具有现实时效性，相信通过政府部门，医院领导机构和医生个人多个方面的共同努力，大处方问题一定能够得到解决。
