随着互联网络的深入发展,计算机技术已深入影响到人们的工作和生活。作为信息化技术的重要应用之一,信息管理系统是实现企业、政府部门等单位提高工作效率的一个重要方式。我国出租车行业相对发达国家而言起步较晚,但随着近年来国民经济的飞速发展和人民生活水平的极大提高,出租车因为其方便、快捷、灵活、舒适等特点,成为城市常规公共交通的重要补充,在城市客运交通市场的经营、发展和稳定中发挥着越来越重要的作用,出租车行业也成为现今城市中的热点行业,备受社会和政府的重视。面对不断扩大的出租汽车运输市场需求,服务管理任务也是日趋繁重。如何管理、使用好城市出租汽车,最大限度的提出租汽车的使用效率和服务水平是一个非常紧迫的问题,解决这一问题是保证城市客运交通市场正常运行的重要保证,是交运输管理部门日常工作中的一项重要工作内容。
出租车服务管理信息系统的开发完成了系统需求分析、系统总方案设计、系统实现和系统测试与实施四个方面的工作。在深入了解出租车管理信息工作的基础上,实现了出租车信息管理系统的各个功能模块。系统包括乘客需求管理模块、企业调度管理模块、驾驶员服务管理模块、监管部门实时监控管理模块、乘客评价投诉管理模块、统计查询模块、系统管理模块七大模块。系统采用ASPjava和SQlserver开发技术,利用java的良好架构和开发工具实现了以上七个模块的功能,并实现了易操作的用户界面。系统采用数据备份,日志管理,权限管理和防火墙等多项措施保证数据的安全性和完整性。对系统的各个功能模块的功能以及系统的性能进行了测试,测试结果表明系统的功能完善,适用出租车服务信息管理工作需求。系统提供的批量任务处理、文档上传等功能为用户提供最大的工作便利。
采用出租车服务管理信息系统大大提升了出租车服务信息管理的效率,实现了出租车服务信息的无纸化的管理,实现了出租车服务信息的信息化管理,提升了出租车服务信息管理的效率,提升了出租车管理部门的信息化管理的效率。

Design and realization of the Putian city taxi management information system

In the face of growing taxi transportation market demand, service management task is also increased. How to manage and use good city taxi, maximum efficiency and service level of rent cars is a very urgent problem, to solve this problem is to ensure the important guarantee of normal operation of urban passenger transportation market, is transportation management department in the daily work of an important content in the work.
Taxi service management information system of the developed system requirements analysis, system overall scheme design, system implementation and system testing and implementation of the four aspects of the work. On the basis of thorough understanding taxi management information work, implements the taxi every function module of information management system. System consists of passenger demand management module, scheduling management module, driver service management module, regulators real-time monitoring management module, the evaluation of passenger complaints management module, statistical query module, system management module seven modules. System USES ASPjava and essentially a development technology, the use of. NET good architecture and development tool to realize the function of the above seven modules, and implements the easy to operate user interface. System USES the data backup, log management, rights management and firewall, etc. A number of measures to ensure the data security and integrity. The function of each functional module of the system and the performance of the system was tested, the function of the test results show that the system is perfect, taxi service information management requirements shall apply. Batch of multitasking system provides the, upload documents, and other functions to provide users with the biggest job convenience.
The taxi service management information system, greatly increasing the efficiency of the taxi service information management, realize the paperless taxi service information management, realize information management of the taxi service information, improve the efficiency of the taxi service information management, improve the efficiency of taxi management department of information management.
