摘 要
本文描述了《某企业人事管理系统》的设计与实现。
进入21世纪以来，信息产业迅猛发展，信息技术得到了广泛的应用。随计算机在我国的日益普及，它的应用范围也越来越广，从原来单一的科学计算等方面逐渐扩展到了非数值处理的各个领域，计算机科学日渐成熟，功能更加强大，它已经进入人类社会的学习、生活、娱乐、工作等各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。尤其是具体到各个企业、各个单位的管理方面。作为21世纪的主人，我们也需要与时俱进，以适应社会的发展。社会的不断前进，也使各种各样的企业不断的增多，所以企业人事管理系统成为我们必不可少的一个软件系统。
本文以企业管理信息系统建设中的人事管理子系统的开发为背景，论述了管理信息系统的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法。首先阐述了信息管理系统的基本概念、发展以及我们目前管理系统的现状；然后详细说明了以数据库技术为技术背景的人事管理系统的基本功能和实现过程。
