摘 要
20世纪80年代以来,伴随着中国城市化进程的快速发展,大量的农村人口涌入城市。自20世纪末期,进城务工就业农民举家迁移城市的现象增多。进城务工就业农民子女形成了城市中一个庞大而特殊的社会群体,农民工子女教育平等问题引起了社会的广一泛关注。中央和地方各级政府出台了一系列的教育政策,强调“以流入地政府为主,以城市全日制公办中小学为主”来解决农民工子女义务教育平等问题。
本研究以陕西省榆林市城区农民工子女教育平等问题作为研究对象,以随迁子女在公立学校接受教育状况作为研究内容,从总体上对进城农民工随迁子女的教育平等问题进行论述。本文主要通过对学校领导、教师、农民工随迁子女及其家长和榆林本地学生的调查问卷与深度访谈,了解社会、学校、家庭等方面对农民工随迁子女在公立学校接受教育过程中的影响。
通过对农民工随迁子女全面接受免费义务教育过程中遇到的一些困难和问题,进行分析思考,并提出相应的对策和建议:要建设好让农民工随迁子女快速融入城市的社会环境,学校要积极探索出符合农民工随迁子女特点的教育教学方法,进一步加强心理健康教育工作,提升公办学校中农民工随迁子女义务教育的质量。社会政府、学校社区和教育主管部门通力合作,提高农民工随迁子女家庭教育质量。

Since 1980s, accompanied by the rapid development of China’s urbanization process, a large number of rural population into the city. From the end of twentieth Century, the employment of migrant farmers moved to the city phenomenon. The children of migrant workers have formed a huge and special social group in the city. The education equality of migrant workers’ children has aroused wide concern in the society. Central and local governments at all levels have issued a series of education policy, emphasizing “to the government in the city, in order to urban full-time public primary and secondary schools” to solve the problem of migrant workers’ children’s compulsory education equality.
This study in Shaanxi Province, Yulin city migrant children education equality as the research object to with Suiqian children in public schools accept education as the research content, from general to migrant workers Suiqian children’s education equality issues are discussed. In this paper, through the school leaders, teachers, migrant workers Suiqian children and their parents, and Shanghai local students questionnaire and depth interview, understand society, school, family and other aspects of migrant workers Suiqian children accept the effect in the process of education in the public schools.
Through the migrant workers Suiqian children fully accept some of the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of free compulsory education, analytical thinking, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: to build for migrant workers Suiqian children quickly into the social environment of the city, schools should actively explore in line with migrant workers with the Suiqian children characteristics of education and teaching methods, to further strengthen the work of mental health education, improve public schools in migrant moved to the quality of compulsory education for children. Social government, school community and education authorities to work together to improve the quality of family education of migrant workers.
