摘要:协作式教研文化在建构主义学习理论指导下的一种教学研究策略,它集中体现了建构主义所倡导的认知工具、社会建构和认知分享的观点,是教师互助交流的重要媒介,是提高教师教研水平和教学实效的重要方法。课题结合教学实践,根据各年段学生的实际要求,以及学生个性特点探索学校协作式教研文化建设的行动研究定位及实施策略。围绕教师在职场中碰到的问题,通过理论引领的交流和新型教研活动的互动,使教师借助集体智慧与个体智慧的交融转化为个人教学风格,并以他们教学的个体丰富性来促进教研组协作文化的建构,教师们在协作互动中进一步深化了对现代教学理念的思考,提高了学生学习的兴趣,较好地促进了教师的专业化成长。

Abstract: collaborative teaching culture in under the guidance of constructivism is a kind of teaching strategy, it embodies a concentrated reflection of Constructivism advocated by the cognitive tools, social constructivism and cognitive share the view, is teachers’ mutual exchange with the media, improving teachers’ teaching level and teaching efficiency the important method. Combined with teaching practice, according to the years of student’s actual requirements, as well as students personality characteristics of school culture construction of collaborative teaching action research orientation and implementation strategy. Teachers in the workplace problems, through the theoretical leading communication and new teaching and research activities of interactive, make teachers by means of collective wisdom and individual intelligence integration into personal teaching style, and for their teaching individual richness to promote cooperative culture of teaching and research group construction, teachers in collaborative interaction in further deepening the the modern teaching ideas, improve student interest in learning, better promoting the teachers’ professional development.
