[摘要]对商业银行竞争战略的研究是从对我国银行业的市场结构的判断开始的,中国银行业高度垄断的特征说明了银行业市场中各类竞争对手具有不同的优劣势。关于我国商业银行竞争战略分析这一课题,许多学者都做了展开研究。SWOT分析是竞争分析的基础,只有认清自己的优势和劣势,才能根据环境的机遇和威胁来制定适合我国商业银行的竞争战略。

Abstract: For commercial banks, in new forms, new competition pattern, facing the increasing competition and the large-scale entry of foreign banks, challenge and good luck coexist, how to deal with the new changes, how to select the competitive strategy, the establishment of new competitive advantages, how to become an unavoidable reality and urgent urgent task. Because the modern competition among commercial banks has either a single competition on the level, but from the banking products, personnel, assets, development strategy in Bank of all-around, whole strength competition. Therefore, promoting the commercial bank strategic concept is very necessary. On the competition strategy of commercial banks research is from China’s banking market structure judgment began, China Banking monopoly characteristics show that the banking market in various competitors have different advantages and disadvantages. On China commercial bank competitive strategy analysis of this problem, many scholars have done researches. SWOT analysis of competitive analysis foundation, only a clear understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the environment to suit our country commercial bank ‘s competition strategy.
