摘 要
近年来房地产是否与经济社会协调发展成为人们讨论最为热切的焦点之一。房地产和区域经济的协调关系研究也已成为一个重要课题。本文根据青岛经济区实际,着眼于房地产业的发展和区域经济协调这一目标,采用定性和定量、理论和实证相结合的研究方法,对青岛市房地产业和区域经济协调发展进行了较为全面深入的研究。本文由房地产的有关概念引出,对房地产业与经济增长的关系进行了理论的介绍和分析,进一步运用实证和数学模型对二者的关系进行了更深层次的分析。最后,为青岛房地产业和区域经济协能够长期稳定的协调发展提出建议。

The research of relation between real estate industry and regional economic growth——Qing Dao as a case study
In recent years, real estate and whether the coordinate development of the economic society become people to discuss the most eager focus. Real estate and the harmonious relation between the regional economic research has also become an important subject. In this paper, according to the actual Qingdao economic zone, focusing on the development of real estate industry and the region economy coordinated this goal, using qualitative and quantitative, theoretical and empirical combination of research methods in Qingdao city, the real estate industry and the region economy coordinated development for a more comprehensive of further research. This article from a real estate concerned concepts of derivation, the real estate industry and to the economic growth of the relationship of the theory is introduced and analyzed, and to use the empirical and mathematical model about the relationship between a deeper level of analysis. Finally, the real estate industry and Qingdao regional economic association to the long-term stability of coordinated development put forward some Suggestions.
