摘要
本文立足吉林省发展实际，从外商直接投资的理论入手，用大量的理论与事实论据对吉林省外商直接投资发展历程、发展现状、存在问题及原因等进行系统详尽的分析，最后总结和提炼出吉林省外商直接投资的发展思路及对策建议。在政策引导、优化投资环境、加强合作、加大开发区建设等方面进行充分说明，辨证的论述了吉林省外商直接投资的必要性、重要性和可行性。
