物联网环境下电子商务发展研究–

摘 要:
物联网环境下,企业发展迅速,企业在国民经济中的重要作用日益凸显。中小企业与大企业相比,往往具有比较灵活的机制,在社会分工中承担着提供就业机会、振兴地方经济、拉动经济增长的角色,近年更成为知识创新的主要力量。本文将对常州普旭电子商务有限公司——专业电子商务服务外包商在电子商务快速发展所面临机遇与挑战进行分析,并着重于对常州普旭电子商务有限公司在市场竞争力方面存在问题进行研究。并提出建议和解决方案。希望能给该家公司有益帮助。进入二十一世纪以来,贸易类企业的发展面临激烈的竞争,原有的以传统商务模式为基础的企业战略在全球经济一体化的大环境下遭遇困境,已经不能满足贸易企业发展的需求。近年来,以商务智能技术为基础的电子商务运作模式逐渐成经济社会的新增长点,并为贸易企业的的长远发展提供全新的市场和机会。
本文从贸易企业战略制定的需求出发,结合企业内部经营状况,以战略分析的视角切入对于电子商务 B2B 运作模式[1]的思考,分析企业 B2B 电子商务运作模式的现状,从南京海度贸易公司的的实际运营情况出发,提出新的企业经营战略规划构想和对电子商务 B2B 运作模式进行研究,提出几点建议,笔者也相信这对于国内电子商务 B2B 运作模式的发展具有重要的参考意义。
