摘 要
企业流动资产主要包括现金、应收账款、存货等，在流动资产管理中，中小型医药企业面临的问题尤为突出，中小型医药企业在发展过程中，盲目追求高销量忽视对赊销的管理，导致应收账款数额巨大，而且缺乏对资金以及存货的管理，很多医药企业由于对流动资产管理不善进而导致企业倒闭。流动资产对企业的资金链影响巨大，对于企业的生存发展起到不可估量的作用，甚至影响到企业的生存发展。本文对公司流动资产管理做出了全面的分析，旨在找出公司流动资产管理过程中存在的问题，针对这些问题做出原因分析并提出相应的优化建议措施。

Abstract
Enterprise current assets include cash, accounts receivable, inventory, etc., in the current asset management, especially small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises are faced with the problem of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise in the process of development, blindly pursue high ignore the management of credit sales, cause accounts receivable amount is huge, and lack of funds and inventory management, many pharmaceutical companies because of current assets management lead to business failures. Current assets huge impact to the business capital chain, to the survival of the enterprise development play an immeasurable role, and even affect the survival and development of the enterprise. This article has made a comprehensive analysis to current asset management, to find out the company current assets management problems that exist in the process, makes reason analysis to solve these problems and put forward the corresponding optimization measure.
