摘要

货币是从商品中分离出来固定地充当一般等价物的商品，是商品交换发展到一定阶段的产物。货币的本质就是一般等价物，具有价值尺度、流通手段、支付手段、贮藏手段、世界货币的职能。货币是国家主权的象征，是一国政治、经济、军事、科技等实力的综合反映。一国货币的国际化是该国经济发展水平、金融竞争力、对外开放度和在世界政治经济格局中影响力的集中体现，也是一个国家崛起的重要标志。

在创作之初，本人就相关文献进行了査阅，发现目前对于人民币国际化的研究主要集中于通过分析我国的政治经济环境得出我国进行人民币国际化人民币国际化进程中的货币互换问题研究的客观条件，或者通过对国内国际经济形势的分析得出人民币国际化必要性这一结论。而本文通过人民币国际化道路上的货币互换这一视角，对货币互换进行充分的分析，以求得出深化人民币国际化进程的建议以及结论。对于货币互换协议的研究，大多数学者都是研究互换协议签订的现状、签订协议的动因以及意义，而对于货币互换协议的国际经验方面较少有学者进行了研究。因此，本文的创新之处在于通过查阅资料，对货币互换协议实践经验进行了简要的分析，并总结了历史经验。在研究货币互换动因方面，以往文献大多是从宏观环境和政策目标中进行分析，而本文不仅从定性上分析了我国签订货币互换协议的动机，更利用模型对具体影响因素进行了分析。

ABSTRACT

Money is a commodity that is fixed to the general equivalent, and it is the product of the development of commodity exchange to a certain stage. The essence of money is the general equivalent, which has the function of value scale, circulation method, payment method, storage method and world currency. Currency is the symbol of national sovereignty, and it is a comprehensive reflection of the political, economic, military, scientific and technological strength of a country. The internationalization of a country’s currency is an important symbol of the country’s economic development level, financial competitiveness, openness and influence in the world political and economic structure, and also an important symbol of a country’s rise.

At the beginning of the creation, I related literature were medicine, reading, found that currently for RMB internationalization of research mainly concentrated in through the analysis of China’s political and economic environment that Chinese RMB internationalization process of internationalization of the RMB currency exchange of research of objective conditions, or through the analysis of domestic and international economic situation, the necessity of RMB internationalization of the conclusion obtained. And through the path of internationalization of the RMB currency swap this perspective, make full analysis for currency swap, in order to come to deepen the process of internationalization of the RMB recommendations and conclusions. Research on currency swap agreement, most scholars are of swap agreements signed by the current situation, the motivation and significance of the agreement signed, and for a currency swap agreement with international experience less have scholars to conduct the research. Therefore, the innovation of this paper is through access to information, experience on currency swap agreements are briefly analyzed, and summarized the historical experience. In the study of currency swaps motivation, previous literature mostly carries on the analysis from the macro environment and policy objectives, and this paper not only from the qualitative analysis the our country signed a currency swap agreement with the motivation and used the model to analyze the influencing factors.
