摘要
中国的商业房地产投资市场是以土地使用改革的发展,住房制度和商业行业,逐步建立和发展起来的,它是中国社会主义市场经济体制改革的产物。目前,商业房地产投资市场还处于起步阶段,发展较快,很多问题,还很不规范,其发展应抑制或鼓励的混乱已经成为一个迫切的问题阻碍了商业地产的健康发展。在政策环境,快速变化的需求环境,竞争环境,中国的商业房地产投资市场的竞争格局也发生了明显的变化。在本文中,为例,分析了中国的商业房地产投资的地位和影响,为中国的商业房地产投资的发展提供参考。

Abstract
China real estate investment market is the rise of land use, housing system reform and the real estate industry, and gradually establish and develop, it is a product of China’s socialist market economic system reform. At present, China’s real estate investment market is still in its infancy, rapid development, many problems, but also very irregular, its development should inhibit or encourage confusion has become a bearing in mind that the problem be resolved to hinder the healthy development of the real estate industry. With the dramatic changes in the policy environment, the demand environment, the competitive environment, the competition pattern of China’s real estate investment market is also being changed significantly. The nations to Shanghai Construction Group, for example, analyzed the current situation and the impact of real estate enterprises to invest in China, to provide a reference for the development of China’s real estate business investment.
