由于我国特殊国情的原因，中小企业一直是我国经济提升的重要带动主体，并且在长期的发展中也表现出来的较为鲜活的生命力。在当前的社会经济背景下，我国中小企业的数量和规模扩张速度都非常的快，但同时其市场竞争也还是变得更加激烈。但与大型企业不同的是，这些企业的实力和资源都比较缺乏，一旦出现决策失误就会造成财务上的重要危机，从而使得企业资金链断裂，最终走向灭亡。因此，本文以我国中小企业为研究对象，全面分析了这些企业中财务风险的概念、特征以及具体表现现状，并结合A企业的财务风险现状，综合的阐述了这些企业出现财务风险的内外部成因，并针对成因提出了相应的解决策略，从而给相关的管理人员和学术研究人员提供了一定的参考。

Abstract

Due to the special conditions of our country, small and medium enterprises has been an important subject of economic drive upgrade, and in long-term development is also manifested more fresh vitality. In the current socio-economic background, number and size of the rate of expansion of SMEs in China are very fast, but its market or competition becomes more intense. But large enterprises is different is that the strength and resources of these companies are relatively scarce, once the decision-making errors occur will result in significant financial crisis, so that the enterprise funds strand breaks, eventually die. Therefore, this article of SMEs for the study, a comprehensive analysis of the concept, features and specific performance status of the financial risk of these companies, combined with the financial status of the enterprise risk A comprehensive exposition of the internal and external causes of these enterprises have the financial risk and for the causes put forward corresponding solutions, giving the relevant managers and academic researchers provide some reference.
