摘要：为了将财务报表数据转化成有用的信息，从了准确反映企业过去的晶莹成果、财务状况、未来变动供企业的投资人、债权人、经理人、供应商做出正确决策，决策者有必要对企业的财务报表进行正确分析。本文运用财务分析相关理论分析了china tree 咨询有限公司的财务状况和经营绩效，并在对其进行综合评价的基础上针对性地提出了相应的改进措施。
