摘 要
目前，我国经济的市场化程度越来越高，企业在经营中遇到的不确定性、风险因素日益增多，能否有效防范财务风险，关乎企业的生死存亡。本文首先通过对济南轻骑公司的财务风险指标的计算，结合财务报表对筹资风险、投资风险和经营风险进行风险评估，发现济南轻骑公司资本结构合理；但投资项目获利能力很弱，投资风险也较大；存货周转率、应收账款周转率以及流动资产周转率较高，经营风险较低。然后根据财务风险识别和评估的结果，从外部因素和内部因素两方面分析了财务风险的成因。最后提出了济南轻骑财务风险管理的具体措施。

Abstract
At present, our country economy of the degree of market, with increasing uncertainty risk and more financial factors, If can effectively guard against financial risk, this is vital to the enterprises .In this paper ,firstly base on the company’s financial indicators of risk calculation of the PMTC, combined with the financial statements of fundraising risk, investment risk and operational risk , found the PMTC’s capital structure is reasonable, but investment project profitability is very weak, the investment risk is big, the ratio of Inventory turnover ,accounts receivable turnover and flow asset turnover is high, management risk is low .And then based on result of the financial risk identification and evaluation , the paper analyzes the causes of the financial risk of PMTC from external factors and internal factors .Finally puts forward some specific measures to the management of financial risks.
