广西芒果产业生产成本控制问题分析
广西大力发展含芒果在内的广西特色水果产业。经过多年大力发展和积累，广西芒果产业逐渐壮大，日益成为广西的支柱产业。因此本文针对广西芒果产业生产成本进行分析，本文首先分析全国芒果产业以及广西芒果产业的发展现状，认为芒果产量和价格都逐年上升。在此基础上，对其生产成本项目、成本控制动因进行探析，发现广西芒果产业生产成本控制存在规模小、标准化和集约化程度低、土地和人工成本居高不下等问题，并据此提出相应的对策建议，科学规划和管理、加大科技和机械化投入，并实现标准化生产管理，以期有效地控制广西芒果生产过程中的成本，推动广西芒果产业健康持续的发展。
Analysis on Cost Control Problems of Guangxi’s Mango Industry
Abstract
Guangxi vigorously develop fruit industry of Guangxi which is containing mango industry. After years of strong development and accumulation, Guangxi mango industry grew day after day, increasingly become a pillar industry in Guangxi. Therefore the article is mainly analyze Guangxi mango industrial production cost, first, this paper analysis of the national mango industry and Guangxi mango industry development situation, think of output and price of mango are increasing year by year. On this basis, the paper analyze the production cost project, the motives of cost control, found that cost control of Guangxi mango industry had such problem: small scale, low degree of standardization and intensive，high cost of land and labor issues，and put forward corresponding suggestions，such as Scientific planning and management, increase investment in science and technology and mechanization to achieve the standardization of production management, in order to effectively control the cost of Guangxi mango production process, promote the development of Guangxi mango industry healthy and sustainable.
