论地方财政风险与防范对策–以常德市鼎城区为例
摘要：风险在任何社会都是不可避免的，特别是在市场经济社会，风险更是无处不在，可以说市场经济就是风险经济。目前，我国地方财政风险问题已引起理论界和有关部门的密切关注。本研究以常德市鼎城区为例，讨论分析了地方财政风险与防范对策。

On the Prevent and Countermeasure of Local Fiscal Risk –Taking DingCheng Region in ChangDe City for Example
Abstract:Risk is inevitable in any society,Particularly in the market economy society,the risk is everywhere .It can be said that the market economy is an economy risk.Nowadays the risks of local finance have attracted much attention from academic researchers and related government sectors.The research take DingCheng region in ChangDe city for example,discuss and analyse the prevent and countermeasure of local fiscal risk.
