论中小企业发展现状与困境
【摘要】 改革开放以来，我国中小企业得到迅猛的发展，在国民经济中起到的作用日益明显。然而，目前改革开放已到了攻坚的阶段，一方面我国传统的金融机构已经不能满足中小企业对资金的需求，另一方面，由于中小企业的发展长期受制于资金不足的“瓶颈约束”，面临着日益严峻的生存困境，迫切需要转型升级。为解决中小企业融资问题，我国自十八届三中全会以来出台了多项相关政策促进中小企业正确发展，而引导民间融资阳光化也成了政府的重点关注问题。本文通过分析中小企业的融资困境现状，结合部分案例，总结出一部分经验与教训，构建适合我国发展的中小企业发展体系。

Analysis of Financing of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
Abstract：Since the reform and open policy, our country small and medium-sized enterprises get rapid development, played a role in the national economy has become increasingly apparent. However, at present, the reform and opening up has the crucial phase, on the one hand, the traditional financial institutions in our country have already can’t meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises for capital, on the other hand, due to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises subject to long-term insufficient funds “bottleneck constraints”, facing the increasingly serious survival plight, the urgent need for transformation and upgrading. In order to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing, since the third plenary session of the eighteenth introduced a number of policies to promote small and medium-sized enterprise development correctly, and guide the folk financing sunlight also became the government’s focus on the problem. This article through the analysis of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises the status quo, combined with some cases, part summed up the experience and lesson, construct the system of the development of small and medium-sized enterprise development in our country.
