摘 要
在我国经济的发展的同时，很多的企业生产的过程中没有更好的预测经济的市场的走向，导致了生产出来的大量的商品不能够更好的销售出去，或者生产出来的产品太少了，从而导致使自己的企业的存货没有剩下太多，不能够给满足企业的供货量，导致了企业了大量的财产的流失，所以合理的把生产和存货循环更好的结合起来让他们互相的配合工作，这样的话才能使得企业在这个经济市场上的竞争力大大的增强。
在我国经济高速发展和趋于全球化的背景下，内部控制作为现代企业的重要管理手段，已经成为了企业发展和竞争的核心力量。河南石化分公司作为炼化企业，生产与存货循环是企业管理和经营的关键环节，直接关系到企业的生存和可持续发展。生产与存货循环内部控制的有效运行，能够帮助企业识别风险，减少舞弊，降低成本，提高效益。

ABSTRACT
