内容摘要
流动资产管理质量的高低，直接影响到企业经营的好坏，而其中犹以货币资金、存货、应收帐款为重点，因为在这些方面，最易人为地造成产权模糊的现象，有悖于现代企业制度的特征。房地产企业生产经营的特点决定房地产企业对流动资产的需求量较少，资产构成主要是固定资产，然而流动资产却是房地产企业进行生产经营的必备条件，流动资产的多少将影响到企业总资产的整体使用效率，房地产企业的经营管理风险防范和经济效益提高更是要特别重视流动资产的配置和管理。房地产企业是一种资金密集型的企业，财务管理工作的信息化在整个房地产企业的信息化过程中扮演举足轻重的角色，所以构建新型的房地产集团化财务管理信息系统是迫切的，它不仅仅对实现科学的企业财务管理和有效地辅助企业经营决策，还对提高房地产企业的核心竞争力，推动国家经济的发展都具有重要的意义。本文对房地产企业流动资产的特点和现状进行了分析，并结合房地产公司的实际，对房地产流动资产管理在多个方面提出了解决方案。

Abstract
