强化私营企业期间费用的控制
从我国改革开放年以来，我国经济得到了飞速的发展，其中私营企业所发挥的贡献也非常大，私营企业在我国经济发展中促进我国就业率的升高、有利于国家财政收入的提升、加快我国经济增长速度起着积极的作用。可是，在现在的私营企业中，部分企业没能重视财务管理的作用，其企业管理理念落后，只重视企业的生产经营管理，不能充分发挥财务管理的作用，尤其对财务管理中期间用的管理没能实现有效的控制，从而使得企业遭受了巨大损失。因此，本文将通过介绍期间费用及其分类，分析我国私营企业期间费用控制的现状，从而提出有效的期间费用控制方法。众所周知，私营企业力量正在迅速的壮大，成为经济和社会发展的重要组成部分。然而，由于受种种条件和因素的制约，私营企业中，有相当一部分忽视了财务管理的核心地位，依旧采用传统的管理模式，不但导致企业管理无法从生产经营型管理格局之中挣脱出来，而且也大大降低了财务管理在企业中的作用，特别是很多的私营企业没有对期间费用的控制引起足够的重视，这些问题的出现阻碍了企业本身的可持续发展。本文将就笔者自己对私营企业中的期间费用控制存在的一些问题加以分析，并提出相应的解决措施，希望能够为企业期间费用的有效控制尽绵薄之力。

Therefore, this article will introduce expenses during the period and its classification, analysis of China’s private enterprises cost control present situation, and puts forward effective during the cost control method. As everyone knows, the private enterprise is being rapidly expand, become economic and social development of the important part of. However, due to various conditions and factors, the private enterprise, have quite one part and ignore the core status of financial management, still using the traditional management mode, not only lead to enterprise management from the production management mode break out, but also greatly reduce the financial management in the enterprise action, in particular many private enterprises during the cost control to cause enough attention, these problems have hindered the sustainable development of the enterprise itself. This article will discuss the author to private enterprises in the period of cost control problems are analyzed, and put forward the corresponding settlement measures, hope to the business during the cost effective control to mianbaozhili.
