摘 要
摘要：随着企业改革的不断深化和企业间的资产重组力度进一步加大，企业规模迅速扩张，集团公司大量涌现，随之而来的是企业内部财务资金制度建设相对滞后，财务资金管理中的问题愈加突出，财务风险日益显露。加强和改善企业货币资金管理是实现管理稳定，推动企业管理工作的重要环节，必须采取有效措施加强和完善企业货币资金管理。本文通过对货币资金管理的研究，提出了货币资金管理的问题，然后根据实际情况说明管理的对策。另外，本文通过“汉商纺织有限公司”货币资金管理的研究，证明资金管理对企业货币资金管理实践有一定的指导意义。
