摘 要
论文主要研究了我国商业银行资本结构与经营绩效之间关系的问题。首先分析和阐述了资本结构和经典MM等相关理论，并对资本结构通过治理结构对经营绩效产生影响的理论作了相应的探讨。在此基础上，运用案例分析的方法研究了我国商业银行在资本机构组成方面的现状，指出现有运行体系中存在的问题，有针对性地提出将资本结构影响经营绩效问题进行转化的解决方案。论文在总结资本机构与股权构成、股权集中度之间关系的理论基础上，以实证的实际数据为核心，研究了我国商业银行公司在股权集中度、股权结构与经营绩效的关系领域的应用问题，论文成果对我国商业银行推行有效的股权管理从而改善经营绩效有重要的参考价值。

The paper mainly studies our country commercial bank capital structure and business performance of the relationship between problem. Firstly analyzes and expounds the capital structure and the classical MM theory, capital structure and the governance structure on the performance of the impact of the theory. On this foundation, use case analysis method to research our country ‘s commercial banks in the capital of body composition in terms of the status quo, pointed out the existing problems in the operating system, puts forward the capital structure influences firm performance problems into solutions. Based on summarizing the capital structure and ownership structure, ownership concentration, the relationship between theory, empirical empirical data for the core, studied our country commercial bank company in the ownership concentration degree, the relationship between ownership structure and performance fields of application, the paper results of our commercial banks carry out effective equity management thereby to improve the operating performance and has important reference value.
