上市公司管理当局在制定股利分配政策时，需要遵循一定的原则，并充分考虑影响股利分配政策的相关因素与市场反应，使公司的收益分配规范化。本文首先阐明了股利分配政策的类型，再对股利分配政策的影响因素进行分析，然后结合我国上市公司股利分配政策的现状，对存在的问题及其产生的原因进行探讨，并提出合理有效的建议，进一步完善我国上市公司股利分配政策。

Abstract
When the administering authority make the dividend distribution policy, they should follow some definite principles and at the same time consider the related factors that will affect the dividend distribution policy and the market reaction to make the companies’ income distribution standardization. This paper, first of all, illustrates the types of the policy of dividend distribution, and then analyzes influence factor on the dividend distribution policy. On the basis of the analysis, the paper will combine with the status quo of China’s listed companies’ dividend distribution policy, and then further study the existing problems and the reasons of causing theses problems. Finally, the paper will put forward reasonable and valid proposals to further improve China’s listed companies’ dividend distribution policy.
