摘要

本文在分析中国各地区实际利用外商投资规模结构存在明显差异的基础上，以市场规模、基础设施、科技投入、对外开放程度、第二产业发展水平作为解释变量，构建面板数据模型，利用各地区1997年至 2014年间的相关统计数据，对中国各地区实际利用外资的影响因素进行了实证研究，结果表明：市场规模、科技投入、对外开放程度、第二产业发展水平对各地区实际利用外资具有显著的促进作用，其中，第二产业发展水平对实际利用外商直接投资的促进作用最大，然后依次是市场规模、对外开放程度，科技投入的促进作用相对较小，但是，基础设施中固定电话普及率与实际利用外资成负相关关系。进而，结合当前形势下中国各地区招商引资的引资策略，提出政策建议，以期促使中国各地区拓宽利用外资的渠道和领域，发展适合本地区的支柱产业并形成产业集群，从而推动本地区的经济增长。

ABSTRACT

Based on the analysis of China’s actual use of foreign investment scale structure exists obvious difference, on the basis of with the size of the market, infrastructure, science and technology investment, the degree of opening to the outside world, the second industry development level as explanatory variables, build panel data model, the use of various areas from 1997 to 2014, according to the relative statistic data of the actual use of foreign capital of China’s regional influence factor has carried on the empirical research, the results show that the size of the market, science and technology investment, the degree of opening to the outside world, the second industry development level of regional actual use of foreign capital has a significant role in promoting, among them, the second industry development level for the promotion of foreign direct investment actually used the most, and, in turn, is the size of the market, the degree of opening to the outside world, investment in science and technology promoting effect is relatively small, however, the infrastructure of fixed telephone penetration rate of negative correlation with the actual use of foreign capital. Furthermore, combining the current situation of Chinese regional policy of attracting foreign capital in the investment promotion and capital introduction, put forward policy Suggestions, in order to make Chinese regions, broaden the channels of foreign capital utilization and field development for the region’s pillar industry and industrial cluster formation, thereby promote economic growth in the region.
