摘 要
石油企业既有资金密集、项目风险较高的特点，且其本身资金消耗量大，加之企业本身缺乏有效的管理而造成了很大的资金缺口。在这样的情况下，如何筹集到成本低而充足的资金也就提上了日程。大多数企业对企业融资存在误区，而且融资渠道的不当选择及融资策略的失策，使得企业融资缺乏计划性、系统性和科学性。因此可以说，目前企业融资的渠道与策略成为企业财务战略管理中最为棘手的问题之一。
本文以中石油实业有限公司融资渠道与策略的研究为对象，首先分析了研究的背景、意义以及国内外研究现状，并对融资的概述进行了阐述；其次分析了中石油融资的现状，然后分析了中石油融资的渠道选择，最后提出了优化中石油融资行为的对策，主要包括：建立长期银企合作关系、强化企业自身规范建设、注重资金管理等，并希望这些对策的提出对中石油融资问题有一定的帮助，并在推动和确保公司战略的实施过程中，从而使企业的战略目标得以实现。

Abstract
The oil companies has characteristics such as capital-intensive and high risk , and their own capital consumption. At the same time the enterprise itself lack an effective management so created a significant funding gap. In such circumstances, how to raise low cost and adequate funding should be put on the agenda. Having analysis of the financing situation of the oil companies and the financing channels of financing strategy, most corporate finance have errors and missteps of the improper choice of the financing channels and financing strategy leading to the lack of planned, systematic and scientific. Therefore we can say that the channels of corporate finance and strategy have become one of the most thorny issues in the strategic management of corporate finance.
This paper take the petroleum industrial company limited financing channel and Strategy Research for object, first analyzes the research background, significance and research status at home and abroad, and financing is discussed; followed by the analysis of oil in the financing status, and then analyzed the oil in the financing channel is selected, finally put forward to optimize oil financing countermeasures, including : the establishment of long-term cooperation relations, strengthen their own construction, pay attention to capital management, and hope that these countermeasures of oil in the financing problems have some help, and in promoting and ensuring the implementation of corporate strategy in the process, so that the enterprise strategic target realization.
