摘 要
近年来，随着经济水平的不断提高，越来越多的人利用闲暇时间开展旅游活动。城市动物园搜集，饲养各类动物进行科学研究，同时向市民和游客提供参观游览服务。作为以动物为主要旅游吸引物的一类比较特殊的公园，城市动物园除了向大众提供娱乐休憩的场所之外，还致力于环境保护与动物保护精神的宣传工作，并发挥其重要的科普教育职能。
北京动物园是一座具有代表性的城市动物园，因此本人将其作为研究对象，通过分析其在管理方面、服务方面和旅游产品开发方面的现状，结合游客满意度，找出其目前所存在的一些问题，例如：配套设施不完善；安全保障不到位；动物展示和动物表演过少；卫生环境不理想等。并针对其所存在的问题提出建议，例如：完善配套设施；加强安全防范工作与宣传；增加动物展示和表演活动；改善卫生状况等。

Abstract
City Zoo is a place which collect and raise all kinds of animals for scientific research， and provide visitors with public services at the same time， such as the sightseeing service. It is a kind of special park ，as the animals are the main attraction point of it. Apart from offering entertainment places to the public， the city zoo also play a role in science knowledge education. It trys to make people to aware of the importance of protecting the environment， as well as protecting the animals.
Beijing Zoo is a representative one among the city zoos. In this paper， we will make the Beijing Zoo as the object of study. By analyzing three parts: its management， services and tourism products in development status， with some visitor satisfaction， identify the existence of some of its current problems， such as: poor infrastructure； inadequate security； too little animal shows； unsatisfactory cleanliness and so on. Then offer their suggestions， such as: improving infrastructure； strengthening security work and publicity； increasing animal shows and performances； improving environment status.
