摘 要
伴随着社会的进步与发展、经济的增长及竞争的加剧等原因,企业人才流动、流失比率增大,同时有90%的管理者认为自己的企业缺乏人才储备,这就加剧了企业的人才危机,将会影响企业的长远发展,因此,企业的人才储备势在必行。本文通过对肯德基人才储备的现状进行分析,提出人才储备的必要性。同时文章围绕肯德基开展人才储备计划这一企业行为,分析企业要以寻找内、外部人才为前提,以培养、使用、留住人才为核心,根据自身的状况选择适合企业发展的人才储备策略。只有这样,企业才能找到适合自身的人才储备策略,才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。
