摘 要
随着市场经济的不断发展,企业单位各行各业之间的竞争越来越激烈,企业单位面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,各行各业对提高业务水平的需求也不断地上升。本论文是基于广东亿迅科技有限公司的实际人员绩效考核情况作出的分析和研究,结合了公司员工绩效考核的现状,以及绩效考核的特定,对公司核心员工流失、绩效考核体系、绩效考核制度不完善等问题进行了分析。对广东亿迅科技有限公司的绩效管理现状进行了深入全面的了解,诊断并分析员工现有绩效管理存在的问题及员工对新绩效管理实施的效果评估,重点稳定的中坚力量,解决人浮于事的现状,提高企业与员工双方的满意度,最终高速提升广东亿迅科技有限公司的科研创新力量。

Abstract
