职业疲劳问题的表现、原因及对策
研究表明,职场人士一般工作三至四年之后就会产生职业疲劳感,进入职业倦怠期。职业疲劳不仅影响到自身的身心健康,同时职业疲劳在职场中成为一种常态时,更不利于整个社会经济的发展。鉴于此,本文从四个方面对职业疲劳进行分析,首先阐述了职业疲劳的内涵、类型和发展过程以及具体表现。在此基础上,本文又从主观原因和客观原因两个方面分析了职业疲劳产生的原因。之后,本文进一步从对个人的影响、对企业的影响、对社会的影响等三个方面分析了职业疲劳的危害,最后,针对职业疲劳产生的原因和危害从企业的角度和个人的角度为应对职业疲劳提出了相关建议。

The performance of occupational fatigue problems, causes and countermeasures
Studies have shown that the general work of the professionals will have three to four years after occupational fatigue, into the burnout period. Occupational fatigue affects not only their own physical and mental health, occupational fatigue in the workplace become the norm, is not conducive to the economic development of society as a whole.
