摘 要
随着电子网络通讯和信息技术的发展，供应链管理的信息流将不再受到限制。物流和信息流成为构成电子商务供应链管理的重要因素。如何使供应链能更有效、更稳定地运行成为广大企业思考的主要问题。本文以中小企业的供应链管理作为分析的主体，分析了其供应链物流管理的现状以及存在的问题，并提出了它的对策，为我国企业的供应链管理起到一定的参考作用。

Abstract
With the development of electronic communications networks and information technology, supply chain management, information flow will no longer be restricted. Logistics and information flow of e-commerce has become an important factor constituting the supply chain management. How to make supply chains more efficient, more stable operation of a major problem the majority of business thinking. In this paper, Lynx supermarket supply chain management as the main empirical analysis, analyzes the current situation of supply chain management and logistics problems, and put forward its countermeasures for Chinese enterprises supply chain management play a reference role.
